The Maharashtra board (MPCB) has hired our services as an expert agency for performing various tasks related to Hazardous Waste Management in Maharashtra.
Scope of the work:
- Implementation of Hazardous Waste Rules.
- Scrutiny of Annual Returns, finding non compliance and raising queries.
- Updating the Inventory of Hazardous waste.
- HW Database Development.
- Compiling data of Recyclers and Re-processors.
- Recording of import and export of hazardous wastes.
- Recording of import of Hazardous Chemicals.
- Modification of existing Consents.
- Assistance to MS and RO(HQ).

EFC Future
We intend to expand our services to all the State Pollution Control Boards of India. Hence create a comprehensive information database for the entire country. Further, monitor the pollution activities of various organizations and disposal facilities across the nation and verify their compliance Hazardous waste rules and the consents issued to them.
