BCI History
The inception of the Rao A. Group of companies was with Beetachem industries. Founded in the year 1983 by our vibrant Managing Director, Dr. Rao it was the origin of the Group that we know of today.
Initially at Beetachem we use to carry out activities of rectification and purification which slowly evolved to manufacturing and then synthesis.
Being ecologically aware, we started by procuring waste solvents from multinationals and despite all odds would transform these byproducts to superior quality raw material. This refining is carried out till date.
A slow transition from distillation to manufacturing mining chemicals was the intermediate stage of our metamorphosis.
We have matured over the years with expertise in manufacturing ethers and esters which are essential raw materials in Resin and Pharmaceutical industry.
Over the years our enthusiasm has grown by leaps and bounds and we hope to acquire elevated levels of accomplishments.
BCI Future
We foresee an enormous growth in the next few years to come. Modernization is the new mantra that will pave our path to success.
- Technology transfer and expansion to meet the future demand is inevitable.
- Digital integration, process control systems with pin point accuracy, sophisticated machineries and qualified workforce is what we are keen on looking at.
- New line of products which include fine and specialty chemicals are in the pipeline.
- Efforts for further cost cutting measures, advanced engineering and personnel training are being made.
- Our R&D team is developing efficient synthesis mechanisms to achieve higher product yields and purity.
- A new corporate building will be under construction by the end of 2009.
- We plan to comply with the ISO 9000/14000 norms
